Serves: 2 - Preparation time: 5 mins - Cooking time: 10 mins

Ingredients

100 g Pine nuts

300 g Linguine

2 Red chillies

100 g Piquillos peppers

1 handful Basil leaves

1 cloves Garlic

1 Splash of olive oil

250 g flaked crab meat

Pecorino cheese

Method

- An easy one for starting a romantic night in of "Netflix and chill", or if you are just a fan of spicy cuisine. As this dish is ready in minutes. Toast the pine nuts in the oven at 180 degrees until golden. Allow to cool. Blanch the linguine in boiling salted water – this should only take 5 mins.

- Meanwhile, combine the piquillo peppers, basil, garlic and olive oil with the chillies and season to taste. Once you’ve strained the pasta, toss with the mixture you’ve just made in a stainless steel bowl and plate it up.

- Finish each serving with a generous amount of flaked crab meat on top. The raw heat from the chilli will cause your lips to plump and swell, which has been found to be key to sexual attraction. Seeing as it is a "cheat day" meal or date night, go ahead and fan the flames with a bottle of chilled Riesling - just practice moderation. You don't want to derail all your hard work in the gym.
