Serves: 1 - Preparation time: 5 mins - Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients

1 Beef hot dog

50 g Kimchi, sliced

50 g Sauerkraut

1/4 Mooli radish

1 Gluten-free bun

3 tbsp Sriracha sauce

1 pinches Sesame seeds

Method

- Grill the sausage on a medium-high heat. You’re after a bit of char on all sides. While that’s sizzling, mix your kimci with the ‘kraut and cut the mooli (radish will work too!) into thin strips. Pop the dog in the bun, then layer over the kimchi kraut before drizzling over the schiraca. Top with the mooli, sprinkle over some sesame seeds and chow down! Don't forget the napkins!
