ENERGY-BOOSTING CHICKEN TANTANMEN - Easy prep in the morning is all this quick protein injection nee

Serves: 2 - Preparation time: 4 hours - Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 soft-boiled eggs

  • 200 g minced chicken

  • ginger, to taste

  • spring onion, to taste

  • 400 g fresh ramen noodles

  • 4 bok choy leaves

  • 200 g bean sprouts

  • 200 g sesame seeds

  • 150 g sugar

  • chilli oil

  • 35 g crushed ginger

  • 20 g spring onion

  • 250 g sesame paste

Method

  • First, marinate four soft-boiled eggs in 100ml of soy, 100ml of water and 10g of sugar for 3-4 hours. Put all tare ingredients in a blender until smooth. When you’re getting hungry, fry the chicken in hot veg and chili oil until brown, then add the ginger and spring onions and cook until dry.
