Serves: 2 - Preparation time: 4 hours - Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
4 soft-boiled eggs
200 g minced chicken
ginger, to taste
spring onion, to taste
400 g fresh ramen noodles
4 bok choy leaves
200 g bean sprouts
200 g sesame seeds
150 g sugar
chilli oil
35 g crushed ginger
20 g spring onion
250 g sesame paste
Method
First, marinate four soft-boiled eggs in 100ml of soy, 100ml of water and 10g of sugar for 3-4 hours. Put all tare ingredients in a blender until smooth. When you’re getting hungry, fry the chicken in hot veg and chili oil until brown, then add the ginger and spring onions and cook until dry.
