PANCAKES, BACON AND MAPLE SYRUP The syrup in this Cheat Meal serves up 20% of your RDA of testostero

Serves: 1 - Preparation time: 35 mins - Cooking time: 6 mins

Ingredients

2 free range eggs

80 ml whole milk

40 ml whole cream

1 drop of vanilla extract

25 g unsalted butter

170 g plain flour

30 g caster sugar

8 g baking powder

5 g oats

3 slices of bacon

1 big pour of maple syrup

Method

- Whisk up a seductive post- "nightcap" breakfast. Blend the eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and butter. Mix in the flour, sugar, baking powder and oats. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes and hit the shower. (bring a "friend")

- Grill the bacon for 3 minutes each side and fry spoonfuls of batter for 90 seconds until golden.- Foreplay is over.

- Stack the bacon on the pancakes, pour on the maple syrup and as Paul Stanley says, "Lick It Up".
