Ingredients
1 whole lobster
3/4 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 handfuls grated old cheddar cheese
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cups macaroni pasta (dry measure)
1/3 cup butter
Method
Buy a pre-cooked lobster to save yourself the hassle,.dice up the lobster meat into bite-sized chunks.
Mix the flour and butter, then add the milk; simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and dijon mustard.
Cook the pasta. Add to the sauce and mix in the lobster. Pour it all into a baking dish; sprinkle with more cheddar and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It'll blow your mind in more ways than one!.
