MAC AND CHEESE WITH LOBSTER RECIPE

  • Serves: 4-6 - Preparation time: 5 mins - Cooking time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 whole lobster

  • 3/4 cups flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 handfuls grated old cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 cups macaroni pasta (dry measure)

  • 1/3 cup butter

Method

  • Buy a pre-cooked lobster to save yourself the hassle,.dice up the lobster meat into bite-sized chunks.

  • Mix the flour and butter, then add the milk; simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and dijon mustard.

  • Cook the pasta. Add to the sauce and mix in the lobster. Pour it all into a baking dish; sprinkle with more cheddar and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It'll blow your mind in more ways than one!.
